How It Works
Over the course of a year, your group of non-competing industry leaders will meet for a half-day session once a month, where you will learn how to accelerate the growth of your business and increase your profits. You will also have the opportunity to attend the quarterly leadership event. During this meeting, our coaches will work with you and your business’ senior leadership team to understand your progress so far, identify key priorities, and enhance your ability to operate as a team.
Our certified Scaling Up coaches will hold you accountable for meeting objectives set in all sessions, pushing you to succeed personally and professionally.
Through our roundtable style approach, you will also have the opportunity to engage with other executives, learn from each other, and support each other in your journeys.
