Attain adds energy and drive to sales team through new additions

Attain is pleased to officially welcome on board two new team members, Tom Bosley and Robbie Dysart, who have joined as Sales Developers as part of the company’s long-term goal to become a world-leading partner in revenue growth.

Joining the team over the lockdown period, Attain’s Director of Training and Development, Bill James, says the new additions will strengthen the existing sales team and allow the company to continue finding and helping as many great people as possible.

“They provide real energy to the team. Tom brings a maturity and depth to the team while Robbie is all enthusiasm and drive.

“We can’t wait to see them in the market, they’re exactly what we were looking for – they lead with their heart, and they’ve got the customer in mind. They’re going to do great things for people.”

Bosley, who is originally from the U.K, comes from a sales background and has experience running a sales team, but says he spent his most recent years as a CrossFit coach before returning to the sales profession through Attain with a drive to succeed and make a difference.

“Having two years away from the corporate world gave me time to reflect on what I wanted to do in life, and it also gave me time to mature. I learnt a lot about myself and the way the way the world works.

“I’m quite a people-person – I enjoy meeting people, conversing, and socialising. So for me, it’s about talking to others, helping them out, and creating solutions for them,” he says.

Hailing from Wellington, Dysart completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Artis in Communications at Otago University in Dunedin before taking on different roles over the years as a Sales Hunter, Account Manager, and Business Development Manager in the liquor and business industries

“As time went on, I found out that my skills were actually well suited to hunting leads, pitching, and building relationships. I’m a people-person through and through.

“I believe that everything happens for a reason, and now to be in this position, I’m passionate and over the moon to be here. I love sales, and I love helping people and selling something I believe in.

“I’m eager to learn and be coached by Bill and Sharn, and it’s just a fun team with great culture.”

James says the guys are hard workers and provide real drive and energy to the sales team.

“How amazing to have these guys. Their energy’s going to lift the roof. We were looking for more people to get Attain out there and we were really lucky to find these two guys.

“They have what we look for most – passion and heart coupled with drive – and they’re already making real progress in getting the Attain name to the market and helping great people create remarkable business.”
